Hello! Can you please enable the "Citizen" skin on Globasawiki so I can set it in my settings? I would like to use the skin. I'm not sure how Globasawiki and Mediawiki work, I read this page - https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/Skins and I think I can't use the skin if an admin hasn't enabled it.
